Booking & Availability

How far in advance should I book?

Bookings can often be accommodated at short notice, subject to availability. For weddings, corporate events, and peak season dates, booking 6-12 months in advance is strongly recommended.

How much does a performance cost?

Each event is bespoke, and a tailored quotation is provided based on venue, guest numbers, performance requirements, and distance/location. Please click HERE to check availability, complete the enquiry form, and receive an instant quote including travelling.

Is travel included in the price?

Yes. All quotations are final and include required travel costs. No further fee to be added.

How do I secure a booking?

Once you receive your quotation you will be prompted to accept terms and conditions and pay a deposit/booking fee to secure the booking. We will receive an email with your booking confirmation.

When is the final balance due?

The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Performance & Music

What style of music do you perform?

Performances are designed to create an uplifting atmosphere that connects across generations and keeps guests engaged throughout. The repertoire includes:

  • 80s to current pop and dance
  • 70s disco
  • 60s Motown and soul
  • 50s rock and roll
  • Spanish, Italian, and Brazilian dance classics (1960s-present)

Can guests request songs?

Yes. Guest requests are welcomed where appropriate and will be accommodated whenever possible, subject to suitability and repertoire availability.

Do you perform special requests or first dance songs?

Yes. One special request can be learned for occasions such as a first dance, anniversary, or dedication, subject to sufficient notice.

Do you provide background music?

Yes. Professionally curated background music is provided before the performance to welcome guests and continues throughout all scheduled breaks.

How long is a typical performance?

Performance formats are tailored to each event. Typical structures include:

  • 60 minutes
  • 2 x 45-minute sets
  • 2 x 60-minute sets
  • Fully bespoke schedules
    Background music is provided throughout all intervals.

What do you wear when performing?

Attire is tailored to your event, ranging from smart casual to formal wear, black tie, or themed styling where appropriate.

What types of events do you perform at?

Weddings: Ceremonies, Drinks receptions, Wedding breakfasts, Evening receptions (including live first dance)

Corporate Events: Awards ceremonies, Gala dinners, Product launches, Brand events, Christmas parties

Private Events: Birthdays, Anniversaries, Engagement parties, Garden parties, Black tie events, Charity events, Christenings, Hen parties, Special celebrations

Can performances be tailored to our event or brand?

Yes. Music selection, performance style, and presentation can all be adapted to align with your event theme, audience, or brand identity.

Sound, Equipment & Technical Setup

Do you provide your own sound system?

Yes. Professional sound equipment suitable for audiences of up to approximately 1,000 guests is included.

Do you provide lighting and atmospheric effects?

Yes. Professional stage lighting and haze effects are available. For full visual impact, venues should be capable of being dimmed or darkened. In brightly lit or daylight-heavy environments, lighting effects will be reduced. Haze effects are only used where permitted by the venue.

What power requirements are needed?

Access to at least two standard 13-amp power sockets is required.

How much space is required?

  • Background/dining sets: approximately $3m \times 2m$
  • Full performance/dance set: minimum $4m \times 2m$ ($6m \times 2m$ preferred)

What if my venue has a sound limiter?

Please advise of any sound restrictions prior to booking. While every effort is made to comply with venue policies, significant sound limitations may impact the overall performance experience and may need to be assessed before confirmation.

Do you have insurance and safety certification?

Yes. Public Liability Insurance and PAT certification are available upon request.

Travel & Logistics

How far do you travel?

Performances are available throughout the UK and internationally, subject to travel arrangements.

Can you perform outdoors?

Yes, provided:

  • Adequate cover is in place
  • Safe weather conditions are met
  • Suitable power is available
  • Equipment is protected from moisture, rain, and wind

Do you require parking?

Yes. Close and convenient parking is required due to professional equipment transport.

Venue Requirements

Do you require refreshments?

Bottled water, soft drinks, hot drinks and light meals are appreciated, especially for longer performances.

Do you require a changing area?

A private room or changing area is appreciated when available, particularly for weddings and corporate events.

Can guests approach the performance area?

For safety reasons, guests must not enter the performance area or interfere with equipment at any stage of setup, performance, or pack-down.

What about children at events?

Children must be supervised at all times and kept away from sound, lighting, and technical equipment.

What venue conditions are required?

All equipment areas must remain clear of food, drinks, decorations, and personal belongings at all times.

What behaviour is expected during events?

A professional and respectful environment is required at all times. Any behaviour that compromises safety or disrupts the event may result in the performance being paused or stopped.

Cancellation & Changes

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event incur no additional charges beyond loss of deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of the event may incur further charges as outlined in the booking agreement.

Can I change my event date?

Yes. Every effort will be made to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.

On the Day

When do you arrive?

Arrival is typically at least 1 hour before guest arrival to allow for setup, sound checks, and background music.

How long does setup take?

Approximately 60–90 minutes, depending on venue access and requirements.

Do you act as an MC or make announcements?

Yes. Hosting support and announcements can be provided where required.

Can music continue after your performance?

Yes. Background or party music can continue after the live set, depending on the agreed package.

Do you coordinate with other suppliers?

Yes. Coordination with wedding planners, venue teams, photographers, videographers, and DJs is standard practice.

What happens if you cannot attend?

In the unlikely event of illness or unforeseen circumstances, every reasonable effort will be made to secure a professional replacement. If this is not possible, all payments will be refunded in full. In over 20 years of performing, no event cancellations due to non-attendance have occurred.
